Privacy notice — investor track

What we collect

When you submit the briefing-deck form on nanivaa.gl/en/investors/, Nanivaa ApS stores: name, email, organisation, optional role, investor type, optional message, consent timestamp, IP address, user agent, UTM parameters, language.

Why

The data is used solely for investor dialogue: to send you the briefing deck and follow up.

Where

Stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU. Email transit via Resend (EU region). Briefing deck served via Papermark.

How long

Maximum 2 years from last contact, then deleted. Earlier on request.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction. Contact: investors@nanivaa.gl.
